Privacy policy

Clear about your information.

This policy explains what information CMA India Test Series handles, why we use it, and the choices available to you.

Effective 11 September 2026

CMA India Test Series is operated under KYDU Academy. In this policy, “we”, “us”, and “our” refer to CMA India Test Series and KYDU Academy in connection with this website and its services.

Information we handle

We handle information that you choose to provide when asking about our test series, including your name, phone number, CMA level, enquiry topic, and message.

The enquiry form on this website prepares a WhatsApp message in your browser. You can review or change it before sending. We do not receive that enquiry through the website itself; the information is transmitted when you choose to send the message through WhatsApp.

When you browse the website, technical and usage information may be collected automatically. This can include pages visited, approximate location derived from an IP address, browser and device information, referring pages, dates and times, and cookie or similar identifiers.

How we use information

We may use information to:

  • answer enquiries and provide course or test-series support;
  • help students select an appropriate plan or practice format;
  • operate, secure, measure, and improve the website;
  • understand which pages and resources are useful; and
  • meet applicable legal, accounting, and regulatory obligations.

We do not sell personal information. We do not use information submitted in an enquiry for unrelated purposes without an appropriate reason or permission.

Analytics and cookies

We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the site. Google Analytics may use cookies and similar technologies and may receive information such as the page URL, IP address, browser, device, and interaction data. Reports available to us are intended to help us understand site usage rather than identify individual visitors.

You can restrict or delete cookies using your browser settings. You can also learn how Google handles information from sites using its services on Google’s partner-sites privacy page. Blocking analytics cookies may reduce measurement accuracy but should not prevent access to the site’s main content.

Third-party services

Parts of the website rely on other service providers. Those providers may process information under their own privacy terms:

  • Google Analytics provides website measurement, and Google Maps displays our office location.
  • Vimeo provides embedded video playback. The player loads only after you choose to play the video and is configured with Vimeo’s do-not-track parameter.
  • WhatsApp receives enquiry information only when you continue to WhatsApp and send the prepared message.
  • Vercel hosts and delivers the website and may process routine network and security logs.
  • KYDU’s course portal handles course browsing, account creation, purchases, and payments after you follow a purchase link. This website does not directly collect payment card information.

Following an external link takes you to a service governed by that provider’s terms and privacy practices. Information may be processed in countries where those providers operate.

Retention and security

We retain enquiry and support records only for as long as they are reasonably needed to respond, provide services, maintain business records, resolve disputes, or meet legal obligations. Analytics information is retained according to the settings in our Google Analytics account and Google’s applicable practices.

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect information. No online transmission or storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

Your choices and rights

Depending on applicable law, you may ask us to provide information about the personal data we hold about you, correct inaccurate information, delete information that is no longer required, or address a privacy concern. You may also withdraw a consent you previously gave, subject to information we must retain or process for lawful reasons.

You can choose not to send the prepared WhatsApp enquiry, manage cookies in your browser, or use Google’s available analytics opt-out controls.

Children’s privacy

Our services are intended for CMA students and their families. If you are under 18, please involve a parent or guardian before providing personal information, contacting us, or purchasing a service. A parent or guardian may contact us about information provided by a child.

Changes and contact

We may update this policy when our services, providers, or legal obligations change. The effective date at the top of this page shows when it was last revised.
